How Payvora pricing works
Every Payvora price is shown before you commit — never added after the fact. You'll always see three numbers: what you send, what it costs, and what arrives on the other side.
Costs fall into two parts: a service fee for the product you're using, and an exchange margin when you convert between currencies.
The exchange rate, explained
When you convert currencies, we quote a rate based on the live market rate plus a small, transparent margin. The rate is displayed before you confirm, so you can compare it and decide with full information.
Currency markets move constantly, which is why the exact rate is locked only when you confirm the exchange.
Fees by product
- Transfers: a fixed fee per payment that varies by destination and delivery method
- Currency exchange: a transparent margin on the quoted rate — no separate commission
- Deposits: free for most funding methods; card top-ups may carry a processing cost
- Cards: no monthly fee for standard virtual cards; premium designs may vary
- Withdrawals: a fixed fee based on the payout method and currency
Five ways to keep costs down
- Exchange in bulk rather than in many small conversions
- Send in the recipient's currency directly when the destination supports it
- Use local rails instead of international wires where available
- Save beneficiaries and templates to avoid repeat mistakes
- Set currency alerts and exchange when rates are favorable
See your fees before you pay
Fee breakdowns appear on every quote, every confirmation screen, and every receipt in your transaction history. If you ever want a fuller picture of your costs, the Analytics page summarizes fees paid over time.
