Managing multi-currency wallets

Hold, exchange, and move money across currencies without the friction — or the hidden costs — of traditional bank accounts.

One account, every currency

Your Payvora account holds a separate wallet for each currency you use. You keep a USD wallet, a cedi wallet, a naira wallet, a stablecoin wallet — all under one login, each with its own balance and transaction history.

There's no need to open a new account per currency or maintain relationships with banks in different countries. New wallets are provisioned with your account, so you can receive, hold, and send in each supported currency from day one.

2

Exchanging between currencies

The Exchange page converts between your wallets at live market rates. You see the rate, the fee, and the final amount before you confirm — nothing is estimated after the fact.

Because you hold real balances in each currency, you can convert when rates are favorable and hold until you need to spend. Currency alerts will tell you when a pair moves by more than a threshold you set.

  • Convert in bulk to reduce the number of individual exchanges
  • Watch a pair with alerts and exchange at your target rate
  • Keep destination-currency wallets funded to avoid converting at the last minute

Moving money between your own wallets

Internal transfers between your wallets settle instantly and cost nothing — useful for topping up a spending wallet, funding a card, or rebalancing before a trip.

4

Choosing your primary currency

Set the currency you use most as your primary wallet — balances and analytics are displayed against it by default. You can always switch primary currencies later as your needs change.

5

Track everything in one ledger

Every deposit, exchange, transfer, and card payment appears in your transaction history with its wallet, amount, and status. The Analytics page turns that history into trends by category, currency, and month — so your multi-currency life stays fully legible.
