PayVora Account Deletion Request

Use this form to request deletion of your PayVora account and the personal data associated with it. Submitting this form does not delete your account automatically — our team reviews every request before any action is taken, so we can verify the request and handle it securely.

What happens after you submit

  1. We register your request immediately and confirm it by email.
  2. Our team verifies that the request comes from the account holder.
  3. Once verified, your account is permanently deleted along with your profile information (name, email, phone number, date of birth, address), wallet balances are settled or returned as you instruct, and non-regulatory records such as saved preferences and notification settings are erased.
  4. We notify you by email once deletion is complete.

Requests are typically completed within 30 days of verification.

Data we must retain

As a regulated financial services provider, PayVora is required by law to keep certain records even after a deletion request is approved:

  • Transaction and payment records, for anti-money-laundering (AML) and audit purposes
  • Identity verification records, where required by financial regulations
  • Records needed for tax reporting, dispute resolution and fraud prevention
  • Any other records we are required to keep under applicable legal or contractual obligations

Retained records are kept secure, used only for the required purpose, and never shared for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for more on how we handle your data.

Other ways to request deletion

You can also request account deletion from inside the PayVora app under Profile > Settings > Account > Delete Account, or by contacting our support team. All paths lead to the same review and deletion process described above.

The email address registered on the PayVora account you want deleted.

We will never ask you for your password or an ID document to process this request.
